Description
This is a rip off of Bob Ostin’s Beam Shot that was originally released by Ken Brooke c. 1969. This version was released by Bob Little c. 1973.
It works well though I feel that the ad copy is a little over the top – certainly for modern day audiences. I created a more streamlined gimmick which you can easily slip under your close-up mat.
Includes:
- The Lazer Beam box and prop
- Original gimmick
- New streamlined gimmick (bonus)
- a full deck of Jerry’s Nugget’s Modern Feel (bonus $12 retail)
Effect: If you haven’t already purchased the LASER BEAM, you’re one of the few! This fantastic utility prop is a must for all close-up magicians. The LASER BEAM is a pocket flashlight which is innocent enough (it may be examined). However, whenever the performer wishes it will LIGHT UP BY »ITSELF to indicate a chosen card, a yes or no answer, etc. It can be placed in the center of a handkerchief which is held by the corners, and yet it will still light up inside the handkerchief! It can be passed over cards lying on a table and it will light up when it arrives at the chosen card.
A truly uncanny prop!
You can’t afford to be without this tremendous piece of wizardry which lends itself to unlimited presentation possibilities, especially considering the advanced science of laser beams. Even once you know the secret you will still be delighted with the clever principle employed to light the LASER BEAM!
DON ‘T PASS UP THIS ONE!!
